Terms & Conditions:

•	Rates are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia)
•	The above rates are subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax. To obtain the nett rate, please multiply the above rate by 1.15.
•	Rates for weekdays are meant for check in on Sundays through to Thursdays.
•	Rates for Weekends are meant for check in on Fridays through to Saturdays and on Malaysian School holidays as shown below.
•	During Malaysian School Holidays rates during weekend shall apply.
•	Rates for Peak period are meant for Peak Period dates as shown below.
•	Children under 12 years of age, enjoy 50% discount on meals.
•	Restaurant operation hours are usually from 07.00am to 11.00pm.
•	Occupancy restriction : The Studio Unit can occupy a maximum of 3 guests, The 2 Bedroom Unit is a maximum of 6 guests while the 3 Bedroom Unit is a maximum of 7 guests.
•	We do not supply extra bed but we supply extra mattress. Extra mattress is provided only upon request and is chargeable at RM20.00 nett per mattress per night for mattress and blanket only without breakfast. Breakfast is chargeable at RM15.00 nett per adult and RM7.50 nett per child.
•	Check-in time: 2.00 pm
•	Check-out time: 12.00 noon
•	Day use rooms on the day of departure from 12:00 noon to 4:00PM will be charged at 75% of the rates published.
•	All reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card.
•	A 50% of the total cost of your bookings shall be debited from your Credit Card immediately upon confirmation of your booking as a deposit towards your booking.
•	All reservations without Credit Card Details shall be given a conditional confirmation where guest are given a Cut Off date to either furnish their Credit Card Details or to make a deposit into the Resort’s Bank Account. Details on how to make the deposit shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	Bookings without the said deposit shall be released on the cut off date without any further referral to the guest.
•	No refund in parts or in total shall be entertained if any of the above inclusions are not utilized or consumed by guests.
•	Confirmation of room is subject to availability.
•	Rates are subject to changes without prior notice.
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Normal Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Period
50% of the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
